3) Cancellation & No show policy
7 days cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation less than will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charge will be imposed for a no-show.
4) Special Consideration
Senior citizen and child under 5 years of age are not recommended. Guests, who have heart condition and pregnancy are not recommended. In case any accident, accident insurance is not covered.
5) Special Others
In the event of a reservation and force majeure events such as weather conditions, waves, until unable to do activities. The company will refund the money to the customer (as the case may be, as appropriate).
